EPE Global is a niche consultancy specialising in the design and overseas manufacturing of quality, bespoke products.

Formed in 2007, the consultancy represents the combined skills and knowledge of partners John Tsekouras and Nik Witcombe. With a wealth of experience in everything from product design and production, to marketing and business strategy, both John and Nik have spent considerable time over the years working in Asia. This means a vast network of contacts is now at our clients’ disposal.

EPE Global has a strong heritage in outdoor and academic goods, with a suite of established brands and products available for licensing opportunities. However our expertise can easily be applied to all kinds of product or business needs. Our role is really to facilitate solutions that work on both strategic and practical levels.

Having worked in product design, sourcing and manufacturing for over three decades, he has contributed to the success of brands such as Caribee, OzTent, STM and Blackwolf. Since forming EPE Global, John has also developed several acclaimed products/brands, including Explore Planet Earth®, Speedy Tent® and SAS Academic®.

John’s skills also stretch far beyond design. Working closely with suppliers in Asia, he oversees every stage of our manufacturing processes, from material selection to sampling, testing and production. It’s this attention to detail that guarantees great results.

With a career spanning 25 years, Nik Witcombe brings a deep understanding of marketing and innovation to EPE Global.

Strategy has always been a major focus for Nik, particularly the creation of brands and businesses to succeed in specific markets. Having worked and lived in Asia, Australia and Europe, Nik has headed up marketing for some high profile companies – including Virgin Money, Mars and Diageo. With innovation an ever-present priority, Nik spearheaded countless major product and campaign launches.
